Investor Relations Manager

Trius Lending Partners is seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our relationships with private investors, who contribute capital to our diverse portfolio of loans and our rental fund.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all communications with investors, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Oversee investor reporting, manage capital accounts, and update contact information.

Process investor subscriptions, handling all necessary documentation.

Maintain investor records using the company’s CRM system.

Prepare and distribute quarterly reports, including gathering recent data and coordinating investor conference calls and webinars.

Schedule and coordinate significant investor events.

Organize meetings between investors and senior management, both for existing and potential investors.

Foster ongoing relationships with current investors and actively engage with prospective investors.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of relevant experience in areas such as real estate, banking, finance, lending, sales, or communications.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, communications, business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong writing and Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent communication and sales abilities.

An understanding or a keen interest in learning about financial structures and investment terminology.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude and the ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.

Loan Intake Processor

Trius Lending Partners is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As a Loan Intake Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage loan transactions from initial application to closing. You will work closely with loan officers, borrowers, operations staff, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to coordinate and facilitate all necessary documentation and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation for loan applications, disclosures, and related paperwork throughout the transaction process.
  • Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or missing documents.
  • Upload and organize documents in the company provided customer relationship manager (CRM) software.
  • Review of loan documents
  • Naming and sorting loan documents within the company loan origination software (LOS).
  • Ordering of loan services (flood certs, background checks, appraisal, title, HOI updates, etc.)
  • Management of new loan submissions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, specifically in loan processing or transaction coordination.
  • strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Proficiency in using mortgage loan origination software and other relevant tools.

The role of the Loan Originator will be to learn all aspects of our business and culture and use that knowledge to provide our customers the best loan products and financial services to meet their individual needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and maintain relationships with multiple lender conduits.

• Market and promote the company’s products and services accurately and effectively to potential business sources.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities and inform colleagues and senior management.

• Source business via in-person & virtual meetings with realtors, financial planners, and other partners.

• Develop clientele base via seminars, presentations, and meet-ups, lunch & learns and networking events.

• Review new leads daily and contact them to earn their business.

• Daily pipeline management (loan application to funding process) to ensure that the loan process goes smoothly for all parties involved.

• Ability to network on nights and weekends when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2+ years of loan originator experience.

• Experience in private lending / DSCR financing is preferred.

• High character.

• Experience using a customer relationship manager (CRM)

• Great written and verbal communications skills.

• Highly detail oriented with an ability to review data, catch, and remedy data integrity issues.

• Great listening, follow-up and follow through skills.

• High achievers that are motivated by goals.
